High temperature instant glue FAQ

 Causes:                                                                      

         ① temperature is too low, not completely cured.      
         ② amount of curing agent used improperly or too little.    
         ③ When mixed with glue uneven.
         ④ curing time is not enough. 
         ⑤ solvent-based adhesives dry glue a short time, superimposed early.

         ⑥ anaerobic excess glue is not eliminated.

Solution:

         ① improve the curing temperature.

         ② replaced with suitable curing agent prepared in the correct proportions. 

         ③ the correct way to mix evenly mixed.

         ④ extended curing time or raising the curing temperature.
         ⑤ extended open time, choose the best time to overlap 

         ⑥ remove uncured excess glue.
